Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bcg33 ("bcg33", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bcg33 website at https://bcg33.io and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, account management, deposit and withdrawal services, and customer support (collectively, the "Platform").

bcg33 operates the Platform exclusively for entertainment and betting purposes. • You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking contractual capacity are not permitted to use the Platform.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from bcg33 or had your account permanently closed by bcg33 for any breach of these Terms.
• You must be using a single account registered in your own legal name. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different names — is strictly prohibited.

bcg33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction. Any funds held in an ineligible account will be returned to the original deposit source, subject to applicable fraud checks.

Account Registration

To access betting and gaming services on bcg33, you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.

By submitting your registration details, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and your own. bcg33 is entitled to rely on this information when processing transactions and resolving disputes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the bcg33 platform. If bcg33 identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual — identified by name, mobile number, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — bcg33 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and void any outstanding bets or bonus balances held within them.

bcg33 may, at its absolute discretion, decline to approve a registration application without providing a reason.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bcg33 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. bcg33 recommends that all users enable SMS-based two-factor authentication, which is available from within the account security settings.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or third-party betting advisory services. Any activity carried out using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — will be treated as your own activity, and you will bear full responsibility for all bets placed, transactions made, and obligations incurred.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bcg33 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. bcg33 will investigate promptly and may temporarily suspend your account as a protective measure pending investigation. bcg33 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to notify bcg33 in a timely manner.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bcg33 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following deposit and withdrawal methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. bcg33 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. For mobile money services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), the minimum deposit is ৳200. For bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard, minimum and maximum amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are processed in real time for mobile money methods and within one to three business hours for bank transfers, subject to the payment provider's processing times.

Withdrawals: All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC identity and age verification. bcg33 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified withdrawal request during normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability. bcg33 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Anti-Money Laundering: bcg33 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial fraud. bcg33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any account or transaction, to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law. Depositing funds with no genuine intention to use them for betting constitutes potential money laundering and will be treated accordingly.

• Withdrawals will only be processed after full KYC verification is complete.
• bcg33 may request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
• Chargebacks initiated against bcg33 by a payment provider on behalf of a user will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any associated funds.
• bcg33 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processing infrastructure, including mobile money network downtime.

Bonuses and Promotions

bcg33 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games or markets, maximum bet size during wagering, and bonus expiry period.

Unless otherwise stated on the promotion page, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bcg33 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on bcg33 are subject to the specific sport or event rules published in the bcg33 sports betting section. In all cases, the following general betting rules apply:

• A bet is not confirmed until bcg33 has accepted it and issued a bet confirmation reference. Odds displayed during the bet placement process are indicative and may change before confirmation.
• bcg33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error, feed malfunction, or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Bets on events subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or manipulation may be voided at bcg33's absolute discretion, regardless of the apparent outcome.
• Live in-play betting odds are subject to change or suspension without notice. bcg33 accepts no liability for bets that cannot be placed due to temporary in-play market suspension.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market type apply and are displayed in the bcg33 sportsbook. Any winnings exceeding these limits will be paid to the applicable maximum only.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bet settlement, the decision of bcg33's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute process described in Section 14.

Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account in a name other than your own legal name.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotional offers, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any other strategy designed solely to exploit price discrepancies across markets without genuine recreational betting intent, particularly when in conjunction with an active bonus.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the bcg33 platform, its software, or its underlying systems.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your account, whether for betting, withdrawals, or any other purpose.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent bcg33's access controls.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bcg33 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

bcg33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bcg33 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bcg33 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service provider outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. bcg33 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unavailability.

Amendments to These Terms

bcg33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to account holders via email to the registered address or via a notification displayed upon next login to the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bcg33 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and request account closure by contacting our support team.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bcg33 platform.
